Girl Scouts - Diamonds Financial Assistance for GSUSA Destinations

GSUSA destinations

Girl Scout destinations are special categories of national and/or international travel opportunities open to Girl Scouts 11-17 that go beyond the troop/group experience and are sponsored by Girl Scout councils, GSUSA and/or other collaborations.  These opportunities vary in theme, length and location.  Complete listings of this year's destinations opportunities can be found at www.studio2b.org/escape.

To apply for a GSUSA destination:  Application forms, reference forms and directions can be downloaded from the Studio 2B website.  Girls may apply for up to four destinations annually.  A separate application should be submitted for each, along with two references.  Completed applications should be submitted to the Program Director of Girl Scout - Diamonds by November 10 for First Round Selections and January 1 for Second Round Selections.  Questions should be directed to the Council's Program Director.  Applications must be sent to event hosts by the council.

Financial assistance:  Girl Scouts - Diamonds offers destination financial assistance to those who qualify. Requests for financial assistance should be included with the original destination application(s).  If applying for more than one destination and requesting assistance for each, a separate assistance request should be submitted for each.  Click on the link below for complete Diamonds information and request forms for destinations assistance.

Girl Scouting builds girls of courage, confidence and character who make the world a better place.
