- A
Holding Fee is due at the time you turn in the Registration Form.
- Option 1: Mail Holding Fee and Registration form to
Vanessa in Fort Smith
- Option 2: Turn Holding Fee and registration form
into your regional office and they will forward it to Vanessa

Holding Fee will be held & returned contingent upon condition of property
& return of paperwork.
- With
more than one week cancellation - 100% of the Holding Fee will be returned
- With
one week Cancellation - 50% of the Holding Fee with be returned

Less
than one week or no show - 0% of the Holding Fee will be returned
